RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT WAS ORDERED ONLINE FOR EXCHANGE OR REIMBURSEMENT?
You can return any order to us within 14 days of receiving it. Iselin Dimitrei offers two return options: online or in our Showroom.
When returning a product according to the additional right to return a product, replace the unused item(s) in the original packaging, along with any accompanying accessories and documents and the delivery slip. We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected.
Items not returned or returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, degraded, soiled or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn, will not be refunded or exchanged.
Personalised Items made according to and/or at the request of the Customer, or products that have been altered, as well as sealed Items (swimwear, etc.) that have been unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection may not be exchanged..
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ONLINE?
The means and costs of returning your order are offered free of charge by Iselin, subject to a limit of one return per order. If you want to return your product online you can do this by adhering to the following procedure.

Please mention what items you wish to return and indicate whether you require an exchange or a refund.
For an exchange, please enter the new size, color, other item.
Refunds will be made in the account you provide us( if the payment was made when receiving the package) or via the same method of payment used for the purchase( by credit card) and within 14 DAYS of receiving the product, subject to your return being accepted.
2- Schedule a parcel pick-up from your home address
Choose a date and time suggested by your courier.
You need to send us the AWB of the parcel. You will receive an email confirming your return and pick-up request.
3- Hand over the parcel to the courier
A courier will come to your home at the time selected beforehand to pick up the product.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IN SHOWROOM?
1. Visit our Showroom located in Bucharest Street Lipscani 104.
2. Ensure your product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging before handing it to one of our sales advisors, along with the delivery slip.
3. Specify whether you require an exchange or a return.
Based on the current price in your chosen boutique, you can either choose another product available of an equal, higher or lower value.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR IF IT IS NOT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED?
